Terms of Service

Using the service. You need an account, you are responsible for what happens under it, and you must be entitled to enter this agreement. Do not use Prodinja to break the law, to store material you have no right to hold, or to attack the service or other users.

Your content stays yours. You keep every right you have in what you write. You give us only the permission needed to run the product for you — storing it, showing it back to you, and sending it to the AI provider when you use an AI feature. We do not use it to train models and we do not sell it.

What you write about other people. Records here may name real colleagues and describe your view of them. That is what the product is for, and it is your responsibility: you confirm you are entitled to record it and to handle it under the rules that apply where you work.

AI output is a suggestion, not advice. Generated content can be wrong, incomplete or confidently mistaken. Prodinja does not make decisions for you, does not offer legal, financial, employment or medical advice, and takes no responsibility for what you decide. Review anything before you act on it.

Paid plans. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Prices and plan contents may change with notice. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the refund policy.

Availability. The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime, of fitness for any purpose, or that it will keep working the way it does today. Features may change or be withdrawn. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it. You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings, which removes your data. We may end the agreement if you break these terms.
