What does “early access” actually mean here?
The product is usable and it is not finished. Some surfaces are deeper than others, and a few things you might expect — plan switching between paid tiers, for one — are handled by a person rather than a button today.
Who can see what I write?
Your workspace is yours. Every query runs under your own identity with row-level security in the database, so isolation is enforced where it cannot be bypassed by a bug in a screen. Community posts are the exception, and they are explicitly posted.
Do you train models on my data?
No. Your content is sent to a model only to answer a request you made, and it is not used to train anything.
What is a credit?
The unit AI work is metered in. It maps to the underlying cost of running the model rather than to an invented currency, which is why a long document costs more than a short one. Voice minutes are tracked separately.
What happens if I stop paying?
You drop to the free plan. Your decisions, situations and library stay — losing your reasoning because a card expired would make the whole premise worthless. You can export everything at any time.
Can I run it without sending anything to a hosted model?
On the free plan the AI features run against your own local model. See AI rigor for what that changes.
Is there a team or seat plan?
Not yet. Everything today is built around an individual product manager and the decisions they own.
