No, and there is nothing to expire. Free is free forever — the whole workspace with the AI off. A paid plan starts the day you choose one and not before.
You keep it. Cancelling runs your plan to the end of the period you have already paid for, then drops you to Free. Nothing is deleted: your decisions, specs, stakeholder maps and growth record stay where they are, and you can export them on any plan.
Yes, yourself, in two steps — there is no one-step switch today. Cancel the current plan on your billing page; it stays active to the end of the period you have already paid for, so you are never charged for two plans at once. Once it has ended, choose the new plan from the pricing screen inside the app.
No. Each time your subscription renews, your credits reset to your plan's full allowance. Unused credits do not carry over, and a balance above the allowance comes down to it at the renewal. Every period starts full, so a quiet month is never a reason to ration the next one.
Indian customers are charged GST at checkout, based on the place of supply you pick there; customers outside India are billed as a zero-rated export. The invoice carries the detail either way.
