Everything that turns a messy week into a decision you can defend.
Four groups, and you move through them in that order: capture the work, think it through, keep what you learn, and watch your own judgement change.
Work
Home is a briefing rather than a dashboard: what is open, what is waiting on you, and one suggested next move. Workspaces hold the decision threads for an initiative, so a project is a place where reasoning accumulates instead of a folder of documents.
Think
Studio is where a call gets pressure-tested before it becomes a launch you cannot take back:
- Stress-Test — run a decision against failure scenarios while it is still cheap to change.
- Trade-off Triangle — scope, time and quality on one shape, so you have to say which one gives.
- Feasibility — a plan checked against engineering capacity and dependency risk rather than optimism.
- Hypothesis & Experiments — turn a guess into a measurable bet with the read agreed in advance.
- UX of Failure — design what the product does when the happy path breaks.
- Execution & Traceability — follow a decision from spec to the change that shipped it.
Practice is the same work with the stakes removed: rehearse the conversation, get scored on the evidence you brought rather than how confident you sounded.
Know
Library is the part that compounds. Situations, decisions, outcomes, learnings, assumptions, frictions and the evidence behind them are linked, so “why did we choose that?” is a lookup instead of an archaeology project. Stakeholders records who is aligned, who is sceptical and who has not been asked yet — before the meeting, not after it.
Grow
Growth reads your own logged decisions back to you: where your calls are well-evidenced, where they are confident and thin, and which way that is trending. Community is where the questions with no clean answer get compared with other people’s.
Prodinja is in early access, and the workspace is the product — practice and coaching are features inside it rather than the thing itself.
