Privacy Policy

What we store. Your account details (name, email, and an authentication identifier), the workspaces and projects you create, and the working records you enter — situations, decisions, hypotheses, evidence, reflections, competencies and similar. If you subscribe we store a payment reference and your plan, never your card details.

Notes about other people. Prodinja is built for recording judgement, so the records you write may name colleagues, managers or customers and describe your view of them. Those people have not agreed to this and are unlikely to know. You are responsible for what you write about them, and for the laws that apply where you work. We do not analyse those notes to build profiles of the people named in them, and we do not sell data.

Who else processes it. We run on infrastructure we do not own: Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Google Cloud including Gemini (AI features), Firebase (sign-in), Razorpay (payments) and PostHog (product analytics). Content you send to an AI feature is transmitted to Google for that request. We do not use your content to train models.

Your data is yours.Settings → Export my data produces a JSON file of the records held against your account, on demand — your account details, your workspaces' contents, your growth record, your community activity and your billing history. The file also lists by name every table it could not attribute to you, so you can see exactly what was left out. What it leaves out is not specific to you: the practice scenarios every account works from, platform-level totals, and moderation records belonging to other people. Sign-in and checkout throttle entries are included where they are keyed to your account, and not where they are keyed only to a network address, which cannot be attributed to one person. Deleting your account removes your records. If you own a workspace with other members you are asked to transfer it or confirm its deletion first, so a team's work is never destroyed silently.

Retention. We keep your records while your account exists. Deletion removes them from the live database; backups roll off on their own schedule.

Security. Every record is scoped to your account or workspace by the database itself, not only by application code. Our approach is described on the security page. No system is immune, and we do not claim otherwise.
