Is this just another AI wrapper? +
No. Prodinja is a structured workspace with deterministic, PM-native tools — RICE scoring, opportunity math, coverage grids, unit economics. Those run whether or not you ever touch the AI, and they cost no credits. The AI coaches and connects; it never hides the reasoning or invents the number.
Do I need to be technical? +
No. Everything speaks plain product language. The AI-feature tools translate the hard technical questions — evals, failure modes, agent design — into decisions a non-technical PM can own and defend.
How is my organizational data handled? +
Your stakeholder maps and friction notes are yours. Encrypted in transit and at rest, and nothing is used to train shared models. Full detail in the security overview.
Does it replace Jira, Notion, or Figma? +
No — it's the layer above them. Prodinja is where the thinking, the influence, and the decisions live, then hands off clean specs to the tools where the work gets built.
What do I actually get on day one? +
A workspace with 30+ guided tools — prioritisation, opportunity sizing, positioning, unit economics, experiment design, the AI-product rigor suite — plus living PRDs that keep their reasoning, a stakeholder map that tracks who holds sway, and a growth record scored from the work you do rather than from a self-assessment. Nothing to configure. Bring one messy project and the first tool has something to chew on.
Which plan is right for me? +
Free is the whole workspace without the AI — every non-AI tool, your growth record, and every community thread to read. Good for seeing the shape of it before spending anything.
Growth · $6.99 is the cheapest way to turn the AI on: every tool and every screen with the AI running, spec drafting from your own captured work, and the right to vote and flag in the community — on a 600-credit monthly grant, with no live voice. For a PM who wants the intelligence without the voice room.
Pro · $29 is the full workspace for one PM: the AI on across every tool and every screen, unlimited spec drafting, stakeholder and influence intelligence, in-flow coaching, and the right to post and answer in the community rather than only read.
Elite · $89 adds the Leadership Suite — Decision Dojo, Decision Journal, Leadership Styles and Decision Circles — plus portfolio health and scenario modelling. It is for senior and staff PMs, group PMs and heads of product: people whose hardest calls are about other people.
What are AI credits, and will I run out? +
A credit is one unit of model work. A quick ✨ suggestion is a credit or two; drafting a full spec section is heavier. Every plan's allowance refreshes on the 1st.
If you do spend a month's worth, nothing locks. Every non-AI tool, your whole record, your streak and the community keep working exactly as before, and fresh credits arrive with the new month. We would rather you use the product than ration it.
Who can post in the community? +
Everyone reads everything, Free included. Pro and Elite can vote and flag, post threads, answer, and submit to the portfolio and request boards.
The split is about moderation load rather than generosity: a vote is a row, and a thread is somebody's attention. Decision Circles — the pseudonymous peer rooms — are part of the Leadership Suite.
Is voice available? +
Yes — live spoken rehearsal is available now. Speak your turn and the persona answers out loud, in real time; every simulation, rehearsal and persona on this page works by voice or text, whichever you choose.
Pro and Elite include a monthly voice allowance at no extra cost; typing is unlimited on every plan.
What happens to my work if I stop paying? +
You keep it. Dropping to Free turns the AI off; it does not delete a PRD, a decision, a stakeholder map or your growth record. You can read and export your own work on any plan, and delete your account and everything in it whenever you want.
Does the AI decide things for me? +
No, and the product is built so it cannot pretend to. Every AI surface is labelled, every number a tool produces traces back to inputs you gave it, and the deterministic tools — scoring, sizing, economics — are arithmetic you can check by hand. The Decision Journal exists to score your calls against what actually happened, which only means something if the calls were yours.
How much of this is built, honestly? +
This is early access, so the honest answer has two halves. Working today: the guided tools, living PRDs, the stakeholder and influence work, the AI-product rigor suite, the growth record, the community, and the Leadership Suite. Not yet: voice, and file upload and import in the Knowledge Bank. Anything unbuilt is either absent from this page or says so where it appears — including on the pricing cards.
